This does not require hydrogen and is specially designed for processes that are hydrogen-free. It is suitable for the nitrogen, carbon dioxide, inert gases (argon, helium, krypton, xenon, neon, etc.) and other gases to obtain high-purity gases.
Under heating conditions, the oxygen in the gas directly reacts with the carbon deoxidizer to oxidize (combustion) to generate carbon dioxide, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygen removal, then a PSA unit is used to remove carbon dioxide and water.
